Our story
We started as a reactive maintenance contractor for hotels and restaurants, and learned early that operators don't want excuses — they want the site open and proof of what was done. That's why we built AiMS — from cloud full FM in v5, to AI agents in v6, shaping how every job runs.

Commercial gas
Gas Safe engineers for catering (CP42) and heating plant (CP17): annual certificates, emergency isolation and reinstatement so the kitchen or boiler house can reopen.
Electrical
Fixed-wire testing, emergency lighting and fire-alarm servicing to BS 7671, with remedial work closed out against the EICR rather than left on a list.
Plumbing & water hygiene
Drainage, hot-water plant and legionella control to ACoP L8 — risk assessments, tank work and monitoring that protect guests and keep sites open.
Refrigeration & HVAC
F-Gas leak checks, air conditioning and plant-room equipment, recorded against the asset so the next visit starts from evidence, not a phone call.
Fabric & installation
Commercial flooring, doors, kitchens and plant replacement, programmed around trading hours with Construction Phase Plans and RAMS in place.
24/7 helpdesk
One number, priority SLAs and live status in AiMS — triage, dispatch and proof of what was done, any hour, by our own engineers or a vetted specialist.
